I honestly hated the ELF studio stipple brush.But when this got out I wanted to try it out.
Did it fail on me like the ELF stipple brush,
or did it wow me like all the other ELF studio brushes?

A concealer review. This is one of Catrice's best seller items, so my hopes were very high,did it fail to deliver, or did it wow me like another Catrice concealer I've tried?
