I was in need of another human tape in extensions so I without question returned to Zala clip in hair extensions. Jessica helped me out again and her customer service skills are superb. I give her an A+++. Having alopecia is really difficult and I don't like to show my bald head to anyone but Jessica makes me feel so comfortable!! I don't mind exposing my bald head to her or anyone else that works there….
